ToadNUTS kids started their Roots and Shoots program last week with a beach clean up on Noordhoek beach, South Africa.
The great news is that there was not a lot of rubbish on the beach compared to two years ago which shows that residents aren't littering and beach cleanups to date are making a difference! Well done!
We challenge all the ToadNUTS kids around the world to do a clean up in their area and respond to this blog!
Evironmental tip: Take a bag with you everytime you visit your local beach or natural area and try to fill it as you walk as a token of respect to the area that you are visiting.
Together we can make a difference!
